We went to pick up a take out order. The first waitress walked away from us when she realized that we were paying separately. She said she ""couldn't do that"" and without a word to us, walked away. The waitress who rang up our order separately exclaimed loudly ""S***"" when I handed her my debit card. When I was signing the receipt, she let me know that in the future I could not use a debit/credit card when splitting a bill. She seemed very annoyed as well. This might have been almost excusable if the restaurant had been packed with customers. However the place was not that busy considering it was lunch time. We walked away amazed at the ignorance and rudeness of the service we received. We will not be back. The food is not worth the lack of customer service.\r The owners should DO SOMETHING about the waitresses! They seem to be a common theme in Java Joe reviews! Pros: Decent food, portions used to be much bigger Cons: Unbelievably rude waitresses
