Review content:
We used Metro PA co. after our house was damaged in Katrina to help with our insurance company State Farm. The insurance company had only agreed to pay $90,000 dollars for damages that totaled over $160,000. Metro assessed the damages and convinced us with their expertise and adjusters that they could help us obtain the remaining damages and our content value. They were not successful in increasing the property amount or helping with the content . But because we trusted them and signed a contract with them they did demand we pay 9.5 Percent of what the insurance company original stated they would pay. So they added more to our loss.
