I am a local here in Nevada and have had the pleasure of trying all sorts of new restaurants from around the world. It's no wonder why Willy & Jose's is among one of the best in Las Vegas, a Zagat Award winning restaurant too! They have a great staff, chef's, and just all around great atmosphere. The food is awesome and about as authentic as it gets! I have relatives that fly in from Seattle all the time and the first thing they ask me is if I've made reservations for Willy & Jose's yet!
