Ran out of bubbles at a bubble tea store but said it would take an hour to make more. You'd figure the could predict when they are running low.\r

I settled for just jelly. I asked if they had custard besides jelly. They said they only have pudding. Duh - they are the same thing! Shouldnt milk tea offices know the terminology?\r

Very slow service. I waited for 35 minutes for a milk tea. \r
20 minutes first... They didn't make it right which extended my visit another 15 minutes. After the error, the female employee said she had to make 2 other drinks first!!!\r

There were perhaps 5 other people in the store. At least if they were behind, they should have told me that there would be a wait.\r

Video game controls are broken.\r
