Myself and my 11 yr old daughter have been residents of Shadowbrook Apt for 4 years and cannot believe the lack of caring by the Property Management (Melissa). back in Sept my sister was assaulted by my direct neighbor in front of my 11 yr old daughter because she asked her to slow down after she was driving recklessly in the complex, she ripped her hair out and punched her multiple times. My sister suffered a concussion from the assault, my daughter is never exposed to this type of environment. Lora pled no contest to the assault. After I contacted Management I felt I would be taken care of, that I was valued as a resident well, I was mistaken. Shadowbrook promised a zero tolerance for crime on the premises. They do not follow through unless it is drug related crime, from what I’ve seen happen. they single handed had the neighbor below me raided and evicted for his crimes.... what makes this any different? I do not recommended these apartments to anyone. Lack of action and common since from the management and AMC LLC. All I requested was to be released from my lease 1 month early, 8 months is long enough to deal with this hostile environment. Do not move to Shadowbrook!
