Review content:
I paid $450 to have my NY, PA, Philly, and Federal taxes done last year (2008). I was assured I was getting a large refund from NY when in fact I ended up owing money (plus penalty) because they tried to write off my graduate education expenses as undergraduate ones. They also did not get me a significant credit in PA for being double taxed by NY and there were sloppy calculation errors on my hand-written Philly tax form. I have had to submit amended returns for both NY and PA to correct these errors. I could have saved the money and done it correctly myself the first time (I ended up spending the time to do it anyway). I would never step foot in this place again!
Pros: Friendly
Cons: Costly mistakes
