On November 14th, I picked up my ’06 Cummins Onan generator from Quality RV, Inc. in El Cajon after they performed almost $1,200 of repairs to its rotor, brush block and stator. Although bench tested to confirm its output met specifications, through an honest oversight, oil that had been drained was not replaced and the motor expired shortly after it was installed and operated.\r

With the sincerest of apologies and without even the slightest hesitation, owner Jerry Sabol accepted responsibility and stated he would immediately return the generation to full operating condition, regardless of the cost. As it turned out, the cost was considerable as Mr. Sabol determined that a new, rather than rebuilt, motor would provide me with the greatest assurance of reliability.\r

Not only did Mr. Sabol make good on his replacement representations, he called the following day to confirm that I understood the initial operating criteria to insure that the new motor would be properly broken-in and thereafter maintained. \r

I initially selected Quality RV because of their stellar reputation and I can confirm without qualification that after going through an unfortunate circumstance, they absolutely take pride in and stand behind their work product. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.\r
