I called to make an appt for my dogs to get their rabies shot on a Sunday! My husband was told that only reg. patients were seen but to call back in an hour and she would see. I then call back one hour later only to be told in a VERY rude manner that they couldn't be seen, I then asked well why, I thought you were open. She tells me with attitude well, YES we are.....but it's 11 and we close at 12 and hung up on me! How is that professional...if they were too busy why tell my husband to call back in one hour, why waste our time! I will never bring my animals there...RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!
