Review content:
I have a long haired dog. A shih tzu. We had so much rain a few months back that he got very matted. It seemed like over night! I took him to these groomers. He was only a 8 pound puppy. They said that they would have to shave him down and I agreed to it. When I went back there was one woman holding him down and the other one was cutting his hair. I waited about a half hour later they announced they were done. The owner said that he might have some discomfort and to put neosporin on him. I took him home. He was a wreck. He wouldn't, couldn't walk. He would sit and cry and whine and cry. I examined his skin and found that the groomer had shaved him so close to the skin that they had taken the top layer of his skin on his testicles off. In stead of them being a normal medium brown, they were blood red. I immediately called the vet Dr Huesing. He saw my dog right away and was shocked at the condition. He prescribed pain relief and antibiotics for the puppy. I went back to the groomers and told them what happened. They were very rude and did not take any responsibility for the damage they had done. Do not take your dog to this groomer they are very rough and non caring with the dogs.
