Who would have known that such an amazingly talented colorist and visionary was nestled in this wonderful oasis!! Jay's passion for hair coloring is exemplified each and every time one sits in his chair. The color, richness and texture that he achieves in one's hair is like no other. Jay is ""ESTUPENDO""(outstanding)!!!!!
