I want to be fair. Naomie, the waitress did try hard. But this place bills itself as ""the famous Steakout"". Unfortunately for them, this does create an expectation....that orders would not disappear, that staff would be aware when they were sold out of items, that waterglasses would be filled, that wine would not take 30 minutes to be served, that the steaks are better than average and that a manager, if in the restaurant, keeps all this from happening. This place needs to hope they can be on the bus route for the seniors because those of us who expect more will choose some other place.
I heard that the owners dont care anymore and that the management is not capable. My visit confirmed both to be true. Please get your act together!
