Review content:
The owner of AAA Don?s Tree Service & Stump Removal is unethical in that he was paid-in-full ($675.00) for a service that he never completed. His company initiated work on 10/30/08 and made a verbal commitment to return within a few days to finish the task. However, over the next three months, until 01/26/09, I called the owner 16 times asking him to complete the job and on 9 of those occasions he stated that he would be over either the same day as the call or a day or two later to finish the work. He never came by and he never called.
