At bottom of page, click on Registrations Online Documents to view the court documents delineating the complaints which include patient deaths, failure to treat opioid and other pain medication addiction, and over-prescribing pain medication. If these are three complaints actually FILED with Board of Medical Examiners, who knows how many other cases exist.
