Friendly staff. They gave my bike a tune up faster than I could get back to pick it up. The service was well done and they fixed a chronic chain/shifter problem that a tune up done at another store could not. The price was very reasonable. \r

They don't try to push products. They keep it to what you need. The staff was not the usual ""bike elitist"" that I have experienced elsewhere. \r

They are also knowledgeable about state bike laws.
