Be careful with this company. If you are looking for a rental, they will place a family in houses that should be condemned. Our family was shown two homes that have mold. When we first looked at a house on Tucker St., the neighbors told us not to rent the house because the last renters got sick from the mold. Finally, we rented the second house not realizing all the problems- water in the tub will not drain, water retains around the house when you wash. It is causing all of us to get sick from the mold. The company makes promises to fix the house but never follow through.
