Review content:
The second time i brought my car there - i watched it get bump into the back of some truck while it was being washed - I could see thru the glass.
The worst part was the attitude of the woman behind the counter who was sooooooo nasty and made it my fault that my car was bumped. In her words .....""they did not do it on purpose....."" i should hope not! BUT THEY DID DO IT!!!!!!she pointed her finger in my face and thats when i lost it! MY CAR GET BUMPED WHILE IT""S BEING SERVICED - FOR SOMETHING I AM PAYING FOR!!!!!!!!!!
she did not even offer to pay for the clean but just tossed the owner card to me! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!
So if you want your car BRUISED after a wash make your way there - I am sure you can deal with the stinking attitude of that person & have your car vandalised at the same time!
The best part that tells me this is a common occurence it the fact that they was no denial or shock that it happened just excuses - this is the reason why business in the desert is slowly dying.....AT YOUR OWN RISK - ""MORE DETAILING THAN YOU ASKED FOR""!!!!
