Review content:
After several months of lessons here, my five year old daughter complained to me that an Instructor hurt her by squeezing her arm, apparently for not paying attention in class. (Note I was at the lesson and she was not being disruptive to the class).
When I took the issue to the head of the Swim School, his reaction was to refund our money and ask us to not return to the school.
Perhaps there are parents who do not mind Instructors assaulting their First graders and using corporal punishment. This school and their reaction to this abuse issue in unsatisfactory.
I actively recommend people avoid this school.
