Review content:
1. My car has been at Eli's for over a month now and they still can't tell me when it will be done...this is for a fender bender!\r

2. I call them every couple days for an update and they always tell me ""just a few more days"", but I talk to someone different every time and they all tell me a different story.\r
\r
3. No one has called me once with a status update, I always have to call them.\r
\r
4. The original damage estimate was $1500...their estimate after one month is now $11,000.\r
\r
5. The only reason they get one star is that I'm assuming since they're taking so long (and because of the cost) it must mean they're doing a good job???
Pros: My insurance company didn't recommend them at all, which means they probably fix your car with the most expensive parts.
Cons: SLOW SLOW SLOW...and they will lie to you about how quickly they'll get it done.
