I recently attended Ernie's new location in Provo. Number one, the breakfast sandwiches are terrible. I can make a bad sandwich at my own house and watch a game while saving a few bucks. Number two, Ernie himself is not customer oriented. I pointed out a mistake they made with my order, and he was very inconsiderate and down right rude. Everyone, save yourself the time and stay home and eat a bad sandwich, or head over to Gandolfo's.
