I recived a good price for the tires. The mechanic did a good job and was pleasant. Other than that I would not recomend this station to anyone. I had that apoirntment for 3:45 pm to have a tire place on the car and to have an alignment done at the Getty station next door. They have an agrement with the Paramus Discount Tire. I arrived at 3:50-3:55 pm. due to getting the kids out of school and the traffic on route 17. Paramus Discount Tire was busy and they were running late. The mechanic from the Getty station came over with an aditude. Complaing that he will not be out by 5:00 pm. It was sugessted that I return the next day. I told them I would take my businees elsewhere. I was affaid they would do a half a$$ job. That would be the third time I would have to return, since they only had one tire in stock the first time. Also the tire balance was advertised for $6.95 behind the counter. They charged me $9.95 a few days earlier for the first tire. and $9.95 on this visit. I brought it to their attention and they said that one of thier employees put the 9 upside down when they were fooling around. I told them they should honor that price sincce it was advertised and the price board was behind the desk where only employees have acess to. They finally only credited me the $3.00 not the entire $6.00. They gave me the B.S. to try to have me return another day. Thjey even told me to go to their website and get a $20.00 coupon as compensation. i told them i already gave them that. so there was no good faith compensation at all. The owner/manager was very rude and they gave you a feeling as you should be greatfull they are there for you. I recomend that you buy the tires from them (if the price is good) and have sears put them on and have them do the alignement. try to avoid Paramus Discount Tire and the Getty Station next door. They should be gratefull that people are thier customers.\r
