Review content:
The woman who worked on me knew that she wouldn't be able to give me the red color I wanted when she first looked at my hair but didn't tell me until she had already started the process of lifting my old color out. By then it was too late to change plans. She said she understood when I explained where I wanted the red color placed but then put it where she wanted it not where I asked for it to be.
I also told her I needed more shape to my hair and some softness around my face but I came out with the same cut I've had for years (which I had been giving myself at home for free!).
They may be great if you want a fairly standard do, straight out of a fashion magazine but if you want something on the different side, look elsewhere.
I feel it was definitely a waste of my money.
