What can I say, other than yesterday when I went in at opening and they had a full day of bookings, she still managed to squeeze me in, even though I left a message on the answering machine at midnight the night before to see if maybe they could groom my Shih-Tzu.
My normal groomer was booked solid and my little baby needed a trim really bad, and I looked and looked for an available groomer on citysearch, and this place was the ONLY one where they hadn't one negative review.
Don't expect any fancy frills like velvet and such, this is a down home mom and pop type place and even at the last minute without an appointment (which may not always work out for all involved) she kindly did the service for me. At the price she charges, which is extremely reasonable and fair, this seriously has got to be the best non-mobile dog groomer I have met yet. She knew exactly what I wanted done, and was very sweet to my dog.
I like that she is in my neighbourhood and she is ultra friendly (and sadly, I didn't get her name and I think they have 2 groomers there). Don't hesitate to give them a try, I appreciated that she took me in as a walk in client at the last minute, no matter what.
I'd give more stars if I could...and remember, ALWAYS tip your groomer!
