I first went to Alliance Transmission and Auto Repair 16 or 17 years ago when another transmission shop told my wife that our vehicle needed a transmission rebuild and gave her a business card for a towing company. I couldn't tell if the problem was really the transmission, so I took it to Alliance. Ray drove, tested, and serviced our vehicle, and said that nothing was wrong with the transmission.
That transmission lasted us another year and half. It went out precipitously the night before my wife was going to be driving through the mountains with young children in the car. We took it to Alliance at 8 a.m. that morning and my wife was on the road by 5 p.m. Ray turned it around that quickly and it was a fantastic rebuild. When I sold the vehicle 4 or 5 years later, the transmission was still running strong. The people who bought it had the transmission checked out and said it was in exceptional shape.
In the years that I have used Alliance Transmission and Auto Repair, I have had my car in there 2 or 3 times with problems that I thought were the transmission. Ray has always told me when it was not the transmission and he has fixed the problem. They are extremely honest and confident at Alliance.
I am a very demanding customer and could not recommend any business more highly than Alliance based on my extensive experiences with them. I have had them build numerous transmissions for me and have had numerous friends go to them for service. I have only heard glowing reports.
