I've used them several times. I think Ray has rebuilt four transmissions for me on four different cars, they've all been great. His competence and good service keeps me coming back to him.
If there's ever any problem, there's usually very amenable to taking care of whatever it is. Like sometimes, a new transmission can operate differently than the old one.
Ray's the owner, his technicians do the work. They're all pleasant, good people, very trustworthy, very honest, easy to work with, and they get things done when they say. This latest job was probably the most expensive transmission job, and it was done in two days.
I've recommended a number of people to Alliance over the years. I've lived in the area more than 30 years. That's the only place I recommend people to go.
