As an employee of Vista Grande, I would like to clear up the gentleman's review. The Credit Card system (not us) assumes a %20 tip while the charge is pending to account for a tip that may be added after the card is run. (As noted 20% of $50.00 is $10.00) When the charge clears it clears for the original amount. I can assure you that this was the case in his situation as well. We have a very strict policy on credit card fraud and do not tolerate it in any way. I would also like to thank the woman for her lovely review and thank her and her family for thier patronage.
