Review content:
I took my dog to Petco and left him to get groomed. When I picked him up you could tell that he was just traumatized. They had messed with a medical condition he has after I told them to leave it alone and that it was under a vet's supervision and it was being worked with. Then to add he had cuts When I called ... and talked to a manager about the whole thing both the lady from the grooming part and he lied to me about what had happened and tried telling me that I was the cause of the cuts and that my vet and I didn't know what was going on with Pepper's medical condition and that it was just ""knatted"" hair and that when they cut it away it fixed itself. Yah.....listen to the vet or some petco groomer......real hard choice there. For a while after being there my dog actually became aggressive with me and would bite and draw blood (which he had NEVER done before) I now strongly suggest against going to Petco to anyone with an animal. I would actually give them a 0.
Cons: Traumating for my dog;
