I've been here twice before and each time I got in and out pretty easy, but that's because I knew exactly what I wanted/needed.
Today, I tried to buy some industrial strength adhesive for a piece of my bike that is loose. The woman (first time meeting her) told me she is not a bike store and she can't help me. I told her I needed adhesive or anything to just make the metal piece stick to a plastic piece. She again told me to the bike store and then told me whatever I need, she doesn't have (a hardware store without adhesive? I found some at CVS). I thanked her for her time, and she just turned around. No smiles, no thank yous, no leads to a good bike store, just a pretty much a vibe of ""get the hell out of my store, I don't want be bothered by your bicycle.""
I will not be returning to this store even though it is a 2 minutes bike ride from my house.
