It was my first and last time going there. I'll admit that I did not know that they only perform exterior washs during off hours but that should not change the fact that they can not program that into their computers to accommodated the customers.\r

So, I entered the Wash and asked for exterior wash. The guy on the computer processed me for full service. Then, I have asked him to please change it to exterior only; but he claimed that the cashier will be to make that notation. Came to the cashier and she throws a fit said that they dont do this and she force me to pay the full amount for half the job. \r

Of course thats not the worse part. I came out after the car past the autowash and the first thing I see is that these bums are touching the car's inside. I just had tints install and naturally I dont want damp cloths touching the inside. With force and loud tone I got them out of the inside of my car. These jerks were not listening and majority of them did not speak English. After, the cleaners understood what I wanted. They dried off the exterior and they even managed to do that very poorly. The car had bunch of water marks left over. Then; out of nowhere, another guy just comes up and starts to clean my interior. Holy sweetness; is this a joke? I said! I had to scream in Spanish ""get out"" in order for the guy to leave the car alone.\r

This place is garbage, and if someone does frequent this Wash and likes it. It is likely that they dont know any better. I found this out the hard way. After I told some of my co-workers about this place and my adventure. They all started to tell me the tales about the mess that they went through with this place. \r
The autowash sux; Ive heard the detailing sux.This place sux! \r
