I dont think we had the same caregiver for a week straight. Last minute changes and sometimes no one avaiable at the last minute . Just too many hassels and no compensation or even a really concerned person. Kind of an oh well attitude.
Pros: Price was the most reasonable in the area.
Cons: You get what you pay for!
