Review content:
I contracted this shady company for a job for $25k. The sales person, Scott, did not properly document my needs and while installing the job, they said that they would need to do additional work. I expressly stated I did not want to spend much more than I already had and I was assurd by the owner, Allan, that I didn't need to worry. \r \r When the job was done, they came to me with a bill for an additional $3k which is a 12% increase in the total job cost. I was not informed that it would be that much before hand and I even specifically said I didn't want to spend a $1k more.\r \r I threw the salesperson out of my house and told him that they can take me to court for the $3k. I put $20k of the job on my Amex card and intend to disput that. At this point, they can take everything back for all I care and refund me my money.
