My husband and I have been on a 6 month journey to find the best mattress. We don't often spend large sums of money, so when we do they are informed and not impulsive. We went to EVERY store in the New Orleans area that sold mattresses and chose to buy with Tim at the Mattress Firm on Veterans Blvd. We thought our decision on where to buy would be determined by the best price for the best quility. Since we chose to buy the Tempur-Pedic mattress and the manufacturer sets the price, haggling was out of the equation. Tim allowed us to spend an excessive amount of his time and seemed happy to do so. He educated us on the brand, warranty, store policy, delivery, ect. We chose to check out other stores that day and then come to our final decision. He never put the HARD SELL tactic on with us, which is why we returned to buy with him as opposed to the other stores that sell the exact same product. The mattress was delivered this morning as promised, in the packaging from the manufacturer, by two quick, polite, and clean delivery men. I will update later on my satisfaction with the mattress.
