MOST HORRIBLE NURSE AWARD!
My grandmother was taken to this hospital yesterday after vomiting all night and morning. We entered the ER and things were being treated in a normal amount of time ""which is long waits"" and I had a terrible encounter with a wick nurse by the name of KAREN KEMPLER. My grandmother was attached to the IV bag and needed to use the restroom. Since I didn't want to tamper with anything I searched for assistance and asked the witch to help her detach the IV bag. This disgusting so called RN caught an stinking attitude and bad mouthed me to my family members, so I gave it right back to her. If she was having a bad day then that's her problem, don't it it out on the patients or visitors. She's probably the worse nursing personnel I have ever seen. Clearly, she's just there for a damn paycheck and as far as helping out people in need is none of her concern. From my observation she's not even doing her job correctly, instead she's sitting there half the time texting or playing with her cell phone, you call that a professional you are willing to leave ur sick family or friends with? She's a disgrace to the nursing profession!!! Nobody needs to see or deal with the wretched face and conduct she carries with her in the ER everyday. Beth Israel needs to do a better job supervising and training their employees in dealing with human beings in need of their help. Yea and KAREN KEMPLER, you deserve the MOST HORRIBLE NURSE AWARD! Take it and shove it up urs!
