I do not recommend Old Town Bakery in Olive Branch. The customer service is very poor and you have to order cakes weeks in advance. They told me they could use my cake pan to make a cake for me and at the very last min. declined it and left me without a cake. I decided to try then again and ran into poor customer service. I tried to order a cake and yet they wanted weeks in advance. I told them I would have to go somewhere else and they didnt like that. I tried to get someone to wait on me to get some cookies before I left the store and couldnt get anyone to wait on me. As I left the woman came out from behind the counter and stared at me as I was leaving. Do not recommend. I recommend The Cake Lady in Southaven
