AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! One of the worst stores ever! Customer service and prices are horrific! I came in because of the location. When entering the store, i got a fake, cold greeting from a younger gentleman. I told him that i was looking for camera cases and he unpolitely helped me. From his awkward, unhelpful, rude demeanor, i really doubt he has ever heard of the concept of good customer service before. Worse though was when i was just walking around browsing their merchandise. the younger man and a much older guy had their eyes gazed at me the whole time. Like they didn't want customers wandering around their store. But Worst of all was when i asked about my broken flash. In the rudest manner possible, he said that i can bring it in for him to look at. then when i asked to have him clarify how they charge for repairs, he lashed out with a bad attitude and said that they don't charge for checking out the camera (idiot didn't even answer my question.) and of course i overpaid for my film, which was the only thing I would ever need to buy from them again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
