Review content:
My son needed a haircut and we decided to stop at the Head Start Salon in Inverness Corner Shopping center next to Bruno's. It was our first visit since relocating here in June from Atlanta, Ga. Once inside, I signed in with no one in sight. I heard voices coming from the back of the salon as the stylist were carrying on conversations. We received no greetings. We stood around for a few minutes when I noticed one of the stylists looking at us in a mirror which lines the entire wall of the salon. We still received no greetings, no ""hello, we'll be right with you."", absolutely nothing. I know they could hear us, how can anyone miss hearing a 2 year old? I decided this was not the place I want to spend my money. Obviously my patronage was not all that important. I was actually shocked at the poor service. I drove down to Caldwell Crossing to Great Clips, where my son got a great haircut with great service. That is where I will be spending my money. Pros: Convenient location Cons: Service was awful....no initial greeting
