Kevin at Williams and Fogg Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical Company treated me very well. Kevin was outstanding from the beginning. There was a communication delay in getting there, but he called in early and let me know. He handled the situation very well. My AC was out and usually this would be a reason to be upset. He handled everything really well from the beginning. He let me know that he was in the back, and pulled in the driveway. Kevin explained everything he was doing and even paused to chat with me. He was very cordial and professional.
After the job, I asked Kevin how to set up a routine maintenance program. I requested Kevin and he said yes. So far, I've used Williams and Fogg once and they repaired an AC and serviced the parts of a second AC unit. I used them for the first time very recently and I plan on being customer for many moons as long as things work out. I was recommended to Williams and Fogg by my home insurance company. People should check them out and give them a chance for the first time! They are very competitive. Price is important, but they also have great service and a get-it-done attitude.
