My homeowners warranty contacted Williams & Fogg to come for a service visit.I spoke with a Tomeka who dispatched Mark to my home. Mark was very pleasant, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on with my ac unit. It was determined it was my compressor, Mark came back out to install the new compressor but he was sent the wrong part. After finally receiving the right one, he determined another problem but was able to get my ac working. I cant say enough kind words to Mark and Tomeka for being understanding and patient with me and treating me as a valued customer. I would definitely refer this company to anyone in need of these services!
