First off - I don't know any company that has all 5 star ratings on CitySearch. A little fishy.....
I would describe Stress Free Property Management as a reactive company vs. proactive.
Ever since I began looking for a rental property with Stress Free, I had to chase down the realtors and jump through hoops just to get what I was looking for.
Also, ever since we moved in we've had a maintenance issue that they've sent people out for 4 times with no luck in fixing it (our garage door). Now it's falling apart, probably MY liability since it's been so long, and they promised the next person would be out here 4 weeks ago to get it working. Still no word.
Again. Reactive NOT Proactive.
However, beyond the maintenance issues it has been a decent company to work with since. Just frustrating when I have to open up my own (broken) garage door when it's pouring rain outside.
