They should change the estimated delivery times for this place to "?". My issue with this place is not the food necessarily, but the delivery. I ordered food from here through eat24hours. After about an hour wait I contacted eat24 to ask where my order was. The operator I chatted with called the restaurant and was told that my order was on its way out and should be arriving shortly. After another 30 minutes of waiting I contacted eat24 again. They again contacted the restaurant and were told that my order was on its way out. 30 minutes later and still with no food, I contact eat24 one last time and tell them that my order still hasn't arrived. They contact the restaurant AGAIN and are told that the driver has just left. Since my apartment is about 3-4 miles from the restaurant you would assume that my food would have been delivered quickly. 20 minutes later and still starving the driver arrives with my order. There's no apology of any sort from the driver even after I mention that I've been waiting for over 2 hours for my order. After he leaves I open the containers to find cold chicken, soggy fries, and a wilted salad. I contact eat24 one more time and ask for a refund for my order. Eat24 was very nice about it and got me a full refund. Moral of the story, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I can't speak to the quality of the food in their restaurant, but their delivery process is horrible and needs major improvement.
