I am new to the Atlanta area and gave this place a try without too much research because I needed to find an office fast. Well, I definitely regret doing that! Walking in, I was not greeted or even acknowledged until I interrupted the all-important conversation between the front office women. After handing them the new-patient paperwork that I had filled out in advance, they proceeded to hand me the same paperwork and ask me to fill it out. After explaining what I had just handed to them, they continued their rude conversation and I went to sit down for what ended up being 55 minutes!! past my appointment time in a run-down room with obvious stains on the walls and carpets, and even a broken chair. After being taken back to the room, there was an additional 25-minute wait, twiddling my thumbs and sweating since it felt like a sauna. The doctor, although attempting to be humorous, ended up criticizing and questioning my college degree because I could not remember a certain piece of information from my last office (that was in my transferred chart, but he was too lazy to look it up). After the doctor had done ?his part?, I was instructed to sit on a chair in another room by a nurse POINTING at the chair!!! Apparently, it was too much effort for her to ASK me to sit in the darn chair! She did not say one word to me the entire time she gave me the shot. As soon as she finished, I pretty much RAN out of there! DO NOT GO HERE!! Pros: I thought hard, but couldn't come up with any. Cons: Too many to list
