Review content:
At one time I would have recommended Warsaw Automotive Inc for having your car repaired. Not anymore. I took my car to them on Tuesday and was told that they wouldn't be able to repair it until Wed. ,that was okay. I was told also not to drive my car. When I went to the parking lot ALL of my coolant had drained out of my car and NO ONE helped me. Again, that is okay. I took my car in on WED. and was told that it would be ready that afternoon, when I called back that afternoon, I was told that it would be ready the next day. Thursday, I called and I was finally given a price. I was charged automatically for some parts because of ""previous"" experience with a car similar in make and model. Everyday I called it was a different day. I know of some people who came in AFTER my car and got their car back the same day! Needless to say, I called back on Friday to check the status of my car. None had touched it. I asked if my car would be worked on today, the reply nope. I asked when would someone start to work on my car, I was told maybe Monday. I then stated that I was going to pick my car up that day. This conversation occured around 12:00, I did not pick my car up until 3:00. When I arrived my keys were sticking out of the door. NO ONE WAS AROUND. NO ONE ASKED IF I WAS THE OWNER. NOTHING! Someone could have stolen my car, right of the parking lot. The keys were not hard to miss because there was a bright yellow tag hanging from them. I took my car to another shop. I got my car within a half a day. For half the cost and problems.
