I brought in my dog for a full service groom and even brought in a picture of how I'd like the groomer to cut his hair but it's as if they disregarded the picture I left with them because when I came back to pick up my dog, he was completely butchered! I came in with a maltese and went out with something else! Not to mention the haircut was all uneven.
