Review content:
Most of the incidences in the car washes are due to driver error. Either the car ahead of you stepped on the brakes or you accelerated ahead prematurely. There are cases where people lean to rifle through their glove box while holding on to the steering wheel and drive themselves off the track. Most people wont admit to making these mistakes, but the cameras do not lie. The rollers in question are spaced evenly on a chain that pulls cars through the wash, they have no single motor functions and do not move individually. Therefor they can not ""malfunction"" and change the spacing of the vehicles on their own. Most of the people I have encountered that sustained any damage usually return because of the great service and friendly employees. Try getting a guarantee on the cleanliness of your car at normal gas station ""drive in"" car wash. It wont happen!
