This place is a Big Rip off !! Run! Your so called ""TWO YEAR WARRANTY"" Is scribbled on a piece of paper. After complaining of their service, slow and incomplete work, not sticking to the agreement on parts and labor. The transmission runs worse, sticks in third and second and bucks badly. Whether it was actually totally and correctly rebuilt is surely in question. Brought it in to ""Certified Honda"" Dealership for diagnostic and they say it needs to be rebuilt!! Glens reply at TMFL .."" Bring me your F..king Car and I will F..king fix it.!!"" What?? He is saying this to a lady mind you.
Read drduster. This is their game!! Glen the so called tech, And ..""President"" on his card.. Jose Castro.. made a deal for a complete overhaul regardless of parts needed add a preventative oil cooler for a Honda which is standard on Honda rebuilds because of the overheating problems on Hondas. They said it would take 3 or 4 days..5 weeks later, get the car back, with the dash lit up with transmission faults. Their excuse was your car was like that already, we couldn't figure it out because we have no code diagnostics for transmission electronics! WHAT?? Red flag! No computer diagnostics for the transmissions !! "" Your car needs a new computer ..it's not our transmission, it was like that already. "" quote! cost you more..for their street corner guy that needs to be paid in cash...he could fix it? The bill went from $1800.00 complete rebuild all new parts with an external cooler. To $2400.00 with no cooler. ...400.00 in cash for their specialist street corner under the table guy..Rafael to find a computer to keep the transmission fault lights from lighting up? Transmission seems to be a patch job with the internals sticking. Now they are extremely rude since the have their money...!! They don't want to honor their warranty...These guys are very ""RUDE"" and are using Intimidation and Expletives, When you tell a paying female client......"" BRING YOUR F..KING CAR IN AND I'LL F..KING FIX IT"" !!! This is how they honor their work and warranty with insulting durrogatory language. Tell you nothing is wrong then swear, expletives, get loud and try to intimidate clients so they won't want to come back or trust them. WORD IS OUT JOSE CASTRO"" AND ""GLEN"" If you have problems with your transmission they get NASTY!!!! that is their warranty. Very ""UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY"" Their WORD and WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS.
