As I am very new (3-4 months) cigar smoker I have very little knowledge of what to look for in a cigar. I have done a lot of research online, and made several mistakes in ordering cigars that way. I recently found this place and what a change it has made to be able to talk with knowledgeable people that do not judge me in regards to my lack of information on cigars. The humidor is large and you could easily get lost in there with the wide selection of cigars if not for the willingness of their staff to point you in the right direction. I was not pushed to purchase cigars out of my range (price and taste level) which made me see that they wanted me as a return customer. The lounge looked like it was full of friendly patrons and though I did not stay to sit and relax I easily could have. I will easily talk about this place to my friends and will be back.
