Food was ok, but my concern is with the service. My expectations have not been met. I should not have to check every box to make sure that my entire order is included. Ordered dinner for two, and some spring rolls. Not an overwhelming or complex order, I got home to find no spring rolls. I call ahead to make sure they get them ready for my return to restaurant from home, they took exactly 11 minutes to perpare AFTER I arrived. It was 20 mins before I made it back home, my dinner was cold but I had hot rolls. Disappointing to hear the hostess tell me that she has many things to do, like seat customers, answer phone, etc, thus not checking to make sure my order was complete tonight. She did apologize when handing me my spring rolls, an extra order was given for the mistake, not good enough in my book. This was a $50 take out for two, chicken and beef ribs were as expected, just not enjoyed cold. The chef had a financial background, before finding a passion for cooking, I suggest brushing up on the arithmetic, match the ticket items to the send out box items before sending. Disappointed in PGA.
