The doctors are really fabulous -- they are very polite, attentive and knowledgeable. I really like the way they take the time to listen to you and also advise you on how to proceed. I like to take a more natural approach where it makes sense and have always appreciated the way the doctors do NOT push drugs just to make you feel better when the research suggests that the drugs won't work. I've also found that the doctors stay current with the latest research and are not afraid to adjust. One last note with the doctors -- they always call back to answer even the smallest concern; I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes on a weekend to have a doctor call me back.\r \r As for the office in general, you will wait, more than I think you should when you've been punctual. It's very often a 15-25 minute wait in the waiting area, and then ANOTHER 15-25 minutes in the exam room after the nurse has left. This is a really long time for a young child, and even longer with a crying toddler.\r \r We've stayed with them because of the doctor's and their treatment philosophy, but the wait is trying, very trying.
