Review content:
The staff is nice and I felt comfortable there. I dont get the bad reviews - I think they were from when it was under different management. I dont think this infamous ""Sharon"" runs the place anymore. It is run by a woman named Heather and another woman - I think it is her sister. Whenever there is a bad review with lots of nutty exclamation points and capital letters warning of impending doom it is hard to take seriously anyway. I had the laser done on my face and it worked 100% permanently. I had hair on my upper lip that at some spots was coarse and it totalIy vanished after 5 treatments that took about 5 minutes each. I wish Id had it done ten years ago. They use LightSheer. It was soooo worth it. The office is nothing fancy at all - it is small and just inside of a big office building that seems really quiet and empty but it is clean and comfortable and like I said - the women are friendly and seem to care and know what they are doing. It felt like I was with my aunts or something. I would recommend this place.
