Terrible customer service and generally not professional AT ALL. I paid them to service a home in walled lake for ants. They showed up in a beat-up car and it didn't look like they knew what they were doing. I later asked if I could receive an invoice by e-mail and was told they have over 1000 customers and I expect them to personally email me an invoice?... well yea, you're supposed to be running a business. I called back to cancel service and they asked why, I said they were somewhat unprofessional and the guy seriously said: ""how's this for unprofessional, kiss my a&@"", then he hung up. I'm not sure how they are still in business.... after all of this and them servicing my place twice, I still have an ant problem…
