Review content:
I was a member 2010-2011 until we moved to Wake Forest. I thought the club was OK, but I expressed concern about the Falls of the Neuse club GM not answering my emails and the same club's not enforcing its written cell phone policy prohibiting cell phone use in the exercise areas. Despite having to make a longer drive from Wake Forest, I recently decided to give the club another try, especially in that they have a new GM. But after giving the $39/month some more thought and taking another look at Planet Fitness closer to my home, I canceled the following day per O2's three day no questions asked cancel policy. Long story short....the GM (Nick) canceled my membership, but he gave me the third degree right at the front desk and in front of other staff and clients regarding why I was canceling. I thought this was in poor taste, and just reinforces my decision to look elsewhere. Member / Buyer beware.
